Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you offer sheet sticker colours other than white?
A: All of our custom sheet stickers are printed on white paper, but that doesn’t mean you’re limited in colour options and designs! Our full-colour printing means that you can print on as much (or as little) of your sticker as you’d like. That said, if you’re interested in transparent stickers, we do offer custom roll labels for mid- to high-quantity use.
Q: What size are the sticker sheets?
A: Your stickers will be printed on sheets that are either 291 x 432 mm or 216 x 292 mm.
Q: Can I write on these stickers?
A: Yes! If you plan to write on your custom stickers, we recommend picking the matte option – it’s the easiest to write on. If you really like the look of a gloss finish, just make sure you use a permanent marker.
Q: How durable are paper custom stickers?
A: Paper stickers are a great, durable option for indoor use – as long as your sticker won’t come in contact with liquid, you’ll be in great shape. If you intend to use your custom stickers on products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend a more water-resistant option – such as our roll labels.
Q: Can I order a few custom sticker samples?
A: Unfortunately, we can't deliver samples before you purchase – at least, not right now. But you can order a single sheet of custom stickers to try them out before committing to a higher quantity.
Q: Which delivery options are there?
A: You can choose between 2- 4-, 6- or 10-day options at checkout.
