Q: Do you offer matching designs, and can you create a custom postcard design for me?
A: Yes. We do offer a wide selection of postcard templates categorised by industry. Click on “Start Designing” to explore. Also, our design experts can create a unique design for you if you had something different in mind. Click on the “Design Services” feature on the top bar and submit your request.
Q: Can I use my own design?
A: Yes. After you make your initial selection – postcard size, orientation, paper weight, paper stock and quantity – click on start designing and you’ll be able to upload your postcard design.
Q: Will you send me a proof before printing?
A: Yes, we offer a PDF proof feature that allows you to see how your personalised postcard will look when printed and detect any errors before completing your order. On the design page click the “Proof” button on the top menu.
Q: Can I write on the back of the postcard?
A: Yes, but we recommend choosing the Natural Uncoated paper stock for the best results.
Q: Can I download a Photoshop or Illustrator template so I can create my own design?
A: Yes. We offer both Photoshop and Illustrator templates for business postcards and the option to download is highlighted in blue when you scroll down on the postcard page.
